In his latest Daily Mirror column, Ben says England “gave everything” during the drawn first Test in the West Indies.
After recovering from a side strain, Ben reported feeling fine and rejected he had bowled too many overs.
Over the course of the Test, Ben bowled 41 overs and took 3 wickets. His 36 runs in the first innings also contributed to England's recovery after an early scare.
