Reports suggest Ben will play for Durham in the 2021 Vitality Blast before returning to international cricket. With Durham's first Vitality Blast fixture taking place on Friday 11 June, Ben is expected to resume playing on or after this date.
Now rehabilitating after successful surgery on his injured left index finger, Ben is making "excellent progress" according to England's head coach Chris Silverwood.
